You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  
• In the original packaging.

3. How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact us at info@offbeatjudaica.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label.

5. Return Shipping Costs

• For Defective Items: Offbeat Judaica will cover the cost of return shipping.
  
  
• For Change of Mind: The customer is responsible for paying for return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to your original method of payment within 2 business days.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
